Starting therapy is a meaningful step. When you’re ready, the process below will help you get set up smoothly and securely.

Step 1: Create Your Client Portal Account

All new clients begin by creating a secure client portal account. Once logged in, please complete all intake documents and consent forms.
Incomplete forms may result in delays in scheduling.

What Happens Next

After your consent forms are submitted, we will verify insurance eligibility (if applicable).
Please allow 3–5 business days for forms to be reviewed and processed.
Once processing is complete, your therapist will contact you by phone or email to schedule your first session.
