I believe therapy works best when it feels real, not clinical or one-size-fits-all. I've seen firsthand how much our environment shapes our wellbeing, and that awareness carries into how I show up with the people I work with.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or just feeling disconnected from yourself, I want you to feel met with curiosity, warmth, and respect from the very first conversation. Growth happens when you feel safe enough to show up exactly as you are, and that's the kind of space I try to create.

I specialize in social anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and strengthening relationships and boundaries, and I bring genuine care and collaboration into every session. Therapy isn't about me having all the answers. It's about us discovering together what actually works for you.

You'll always have a say in your care. We'll move at whatever pace feels right for you, building insight, confidence, and lasting change along the way.

Accepting new clients.

Finding a therapist who affirms your identity and understands the impact of past experiences can be life-changing. I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples who may be navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or questions of identity. Trauma can leave us carrying heavy stories that shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. In therapy, I offer a safe and affirming space where you can feel supported, understood, and celebrated for who you are.

My approach is relational, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing happens in connection, and I meet each client where they are, honoring their pace and their story. Together, we can explore the effects of past wounds, discover new ways of coping, and create space for growth, resilience, and self-acceptance. Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to.

Taking the first step into therapy is an act of courage. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
